Rachel Carbary has lived in Washington State nearly all her life and spent her school years within the Riverview School District. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science & Resource Management from the University of Washington, she has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years. Rachel has most currently worked as the Donor Relations and Event Coordinator for a grassroots conservation organization. She believes in creating local connections within a community in order to expand the outreach and work being done. Rachel is an avid supporter of education and helping the next generation find their passions. Rachel is also a writer and has self-published a children’s book. She lives in Monroe with her husband, dog, and three cats. When not working, you will find her curled up on the couch reading, writing, or playing a favorite board game.
